A few things to update…

I thought I’d just make a quite post explaining some of the things that I need or want to update for the cast.  For the most part these things are relatively minor… I can continue the cast without them, however they would help my cast at www.twitch.tv/bluemagican to make it look more professional or to help make things more functional.

The list below is in a quasi order of importance for the cast, however some of the items are of more, or less equal importance. 

1. HD PVR – Needed for improved streaming, and being able to stream my PSP, Xbox360, and PS3.
2. Keyboard and Mouse (currently evaluating need):  I recently got a cheap 10 dollar USB keyboard (thanks to the person who bought it) and moderately more expensive mouse. 
3. A new hard drive for my computer -  I’m currently using a mostly full 1TB hard drive… I have less then 100 GB of free space.
4. Stereo (or Surround) headset with microphone (preferably one with compatibility for PS3, 360, and PC) – this would be nice but by no means required… it would simplify some things considerably however.
5. Green Screen – Just to help make the cast look more professional.
6. Music and additional artwork that I can use during/for/with the cast, site, and of course blog.

Its not an extensive list and I’m sure there are things that I haven’t considered or aren’t thinking of,  however I think this is a decent start.  What do you think?
