There has been a problem with XBox 360 accounts being stolen. It’s a known fact and one that Microsoft doesn’t like to admit. I find it some what frightening though the reasons and the happenstance behind it.
Kotaku as usual seems to have a good grasp on what's going on, and for more information please read this article. It is some what disturbing to think about… how much information can someone get about you by calling customer service numbers?
